Visa Letters<\/strong><\/h2>

All visa letters will be issued only when registration and payment is completed in full.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Most Chinese visas can be processed within a week. If you have questions about a Chinese Visa application, please refer to the information of the local embassy or consulate for specific processing time. Some countries do not require a Chinese visa to travel.<\/p>

For visa requests when you pay by bank transfer<\/h4>

When you make the payment via bank transfer, please kindly specify the attendee name and IEEE Member ID (if applicable) on the memo AND <\/b>send the bank slip to\u00a0IEEE2024@sziur.com<\/strong> with the detailed information including name, affiliation, email address, and the registration category type.<\/p>

Without this information, We are not able to verify the payment. Once this information is provided and the transfer is verified, we can process your visa letter.<\/p>
