*IEEE/CCF members (referred to as “member” for the rest of the page) are entitled to discounted registration fee. 

*Each accepted paper is required to have a presenting author registered via author registration by June 8, 2024. Please also kindly note that each accepted paper needs to be independently registered, i.e., one single author registration for multiple accepted papers is NOT allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Author Registration

Authors are not allowed to cancel registrations. 

Non-Author Registration

If canceled before July 03, 2024, 75% of the registration payment amount will be refunded.

If canceled after July 03, 2024, no refund will be provided.
