Visa Letters

All visa letters will be issued only when registration and payment is completed in full.

Most Chinese visas can be processed within a week. If you have questions about a Chinese Visa application, please refer to the information of the local embassy or consulate for specific processing time. Some countries do not require a Chinese visa to travel.

For visa requests when you pay by bank transfer

When you make the payment via bank transfer, please kindly specify the attendee name and IEEE Member ID (if applicable) on the memo AND send the bank slip to [email protected] with the detailed information including name, affiliation, email address, and the registration category type.

Without this information, We are not able to verify the payment. Once this information is provided and the transfer is verified, we can process your visa letter.

When you by Paypal & Credit Cards

Please follow the instructions in the registration system during payment to fill the information needed for visa application (on your personal information page). You can also send a request to [email protected] with all the required information as mentioned above.
