The 2025 IEEE World Congress on Services is honored to have its reception hosted and organized by the Honorable Mayor of the City of Helsinki. In addition to a light savoury meal, wine and other refreshments will be served. Vegetarian finger food will be available. If you indicated during paper or conference registration that you plan to attend the reception, you will receive an electronic personalized invitation the night before the reception (or may be earlier). The invitation will include a reception registration link, for you to register to obtain your reception admission ticket (a QR code). Without the QR code, you will not be able to access the reception venue, which is a strict security measure. Congress organizers will not be able to help you get in the City Hall if you did not register or failed to bring your QR code.
