Remote Presentation Instructions

If you are an author who will be presenting your paper remotely, you will be provided with a Zoom link to deliver your presentation. However, a video pre-recording of your talk is required following the Video Recording Instructions below. Please finalize your video link and submit the form below by 15 June 2025.

You will receive the Zoom link from your venue Chairs in due time.

Video Recording Instructions:

1. Record your presentation with 1080p or higher resolution, in MP4 format, 20 minutes for regular conference/symposium/workshop papers, 15 for short papers, and 10 minutes for work-in-progress papers.

2. Upload your presentation recording to an online shared folder; (Google Drive or OneDrive is preferred)

3. Generate a link for downloading your recording and test it properly.
