Student Volunteering
IEEE Services 2025 will be held from 7 July 2025 to 12 July 2025. The organizers expect about 450 attendees, and we would like to have volunteers to assist us in the everyday activities during the conference days. In the following form, please provide your details and the days for which you are available to volunteer.
Student volunteers have become an essential part in the organization of IEEE Services and they play a major role in executing a variety of tasks to ensure that the conference runs smoothly. For instance, handing out and checking badges; monitoring online sessions; assisting people in finding rooms, restaurants, bathrooms. Note that a lot of tasks start as early as 7 am and as late as 10 pm. The conference waives registration fees for student volunteers.
If you are interested in volunteering, then please fill up the volunteering request form by 17 May 2025. We will contact you by 10 June if you have been shortlisted as a volunteer.
